Dr. Miroslav Králik is a graduate from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad (Serbia), focusing on the commercial and international private law. He completed the post-graduate study at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. As a lawyer he worked at the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak republic in the agenda of commercial legislation and judicial administration of the courts. In the bank agenda and agenda of capital market and securities market, Dr. Králik worked as a legal specialist and as a member of Commission for Supervision over Financial Market of the Slovak republic. He is founder of the Law firm KRALIK & PARTNERS, which is supranational law firm established in 2000. During time period 2002 – 2006 he acted as an advisor to the Slovak republic Minister of Health and in 2008 he initiated establishment of Slovak – Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
